Uses the email domain “@pos.com.my”.

Accept CASH and/or QR code for all COD (Cash On Delivery).
Check delivery status at tracking.pos.com.my/tracking.

Pos Malaysia DOES NOT

Make calls on prohibited items.
NO special or dedicated lines connecting to PDRM, CUSTOMS, etc.
Request for payment to intermediaries or personal account holder.
Send suspicious SMS asking to update your information at an unknown link about your delivery.

Lack of Information Scam

Inform the recipient that the parcel has been held due to lack of information such as phone number.

Information Update Scam

Asking the recipient to update the information to avoid the parcel being returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Fee Scam

Ask the recipient to pay for the redelivery service.
